TaurusPower CF - 340 is a reciprocating carwash system with extremely high cost - effectiveness which is independently developed by Risense. The reciprocating carwash system operates in a reciprocating manner. It cleans the vehicle multiple times by moving back and forth. During the movement, it uses a combination of brushes and detergents for cleaning, which can thoroughly remove dust and stains on the vehicle's surface. After the cleaning process, it applies a water - based wax coating to protect the car paint. Then, it is equipped with powerful blowers to dry the vehicle's surface with high effective drying, making the vehicle look brand - new after the car washing process is completed.
Product introduction
CF-340 adopts a hot-dip galvanized steel frame with 'mortise-and-tenon' structure, which is sturdy and has stronger corrosion resistance; with 4 sets of fixed blowers, it provides a larger air volume for better drying effects. The equipment is durable and has a high cost performance.
Main features:
- The overall frame of the CF - 340 is made of hot - dipped galvanized steel pipes with a thickness of 3 millimeters. The materials meet the international Q235 standard, featuring high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The pipes are precisely cut using laser cutting technology and then assembled with the traditional Chinese 'mortise - and - tenon' joint structure, eliminating the need for welding. This makes the overall frame structure extremely stable, ensuring the safe operation of the machine.
- The CF-340 is equipped with the MCU system, which independently developed by Risense, has a faster computing speed, a larger storage capacity, and a low failure rate. Moreover, it can be upgraded remotely to synchronize with Risense's latest technologies.
- The CF-340 equipped 5 washing brushes, such as a rocker-arm balanced type structure top brush to clean the upper surface of the vehicle, 2 large lateral brushes to clean the front and both sides of the vehicle, 2 small lateral brushes to specially clean the vehicle skirt and wheels. This five-brush configuration can comprehensively and effectively clean the exterior surface of the vehicle, removing dust and stains from the car body.
